I booked the auntie & me pedicure, customer service was good however just a few points to mention. There was no rose petal foot soak, just plain luke warm water and no moisturiser after. Also we had the treatment done separately & not at the same time. That said my niece loved it & wants to go again for a manicure next time.

Nadia was wonderful! She made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I entered the salon. The waxing was quick but thorough, and she kept checking I was ok during the whole treatment. I would highly recommend and I think I've found my new wax lady 🙂

I had the most wonderful CACI SIGNATURE NON-SURGICAL FACIAL TONING & JOWL LIFT with Claire yesterday. It was my first treatment at the salon and Claire was so warm, welcoming and friendly and completely put me at ease. She explained in great detail about the treatment and it was so relaxing - I enjoyed every second of it. I will definitely be returning to have a full course of the treatment and look forward to the monthly top up treatments. I recommend Claire 1 million % 😁

Amazing Massage with Reanne – Hidden Gem! 💆‍♀️ Just had a 60-minute back, neck, and shoulder massage with Reanne and it was absolutely fantastic! The booking process was really quick and easy, and the place has such lovely decor. Reanne was warm, professional, and made sure to ask what pressure I preferred, she got it spot on. I left feeling 10 times better, completely relaxed and recharged. One of the best massages I’ve had in a long time (and i have a lot 😂) I’d definitely recommend and will be going back. A real hidden gem! X

Arianna might actually be the kindest person I’ve ever met; the perfect balance of warm, welcoming and friendly but still remaining professional. She was so meticulous and made sure every single nail was perfect. I was initially nervous when I saw the efile but I needn’t have worried - she was so accurate and gentle. The finished result was better than the inspo pic I showed her and I’ve already booked in for infills😍

I walked in and was instantly greeted warmly. I was welcomed and offered a drink and taken for my head spa. The head spa itself was fantastic and so relaxing. The room was warm and music very soothing. I have not felt that calm in a while and so glad I took some time to treat myself to this! I will definitely be making it a regular thing! My 16 yo daughter has her waxing with Nadia. She describes her as ‘really lovely’ and always compliments my eyebrows. I can see Nadia does an excellent job on her brows and top lip, my daughter is now a regular. Very reasonably priced in a beautiful salon too

Amazing service. Amazing staff and amazing treatment! I had the Japanese head spa, with add on arm and hand massage, hair mask and blow dry. Fell asleep with my treatment, was so relaxed highly recommend Cannot wait to go back!
