Donna is a consummate professional. She is welcoming, friendly and has a way of putting her clients at ease immediately. I have been going to her for around a year now, having never had a bikini line/Brazilian wax done professionally before. Any feelings of awkwardness disappeared quickly, and we were so busy chatting that I didn't really notice what was going on 'down below'! She always does a fabulous job, her treatment room is warm and cosy and, on top of that, there is a fabulous cafe below!

Isobel is amazing at what she does. She makes every treatment she does feel so luxurious, even eyebrow waxing, I have no idea how!! Would not go to anywhere but the beauty barn for my treatments now.

Another great visit with the only nail tech/beautician I trust. Festive nails removed new January frenches complete. Love ❤️ them. Always professional, friendly warm and accommodating. I went today to get Hollywood wax and under arm wax. Sanaz, my server, was really good and gentle. My appointment went really smooth and I would recommend any newcomers to the city (like me) who is trying to find a comfortable place to get their waxing done. Please try waxing at Beauty Refinery! The team is amazing and super friendly!

The waxing was quick, thorough, and as painless as it could be. I really appreciated the attention to hygiene and the care taken to ensure I was comfortable the entire time.
