I was offered a lovely tea while waiting, which set a relaxing tone for the visit. Weronika, who performed my treatment, was incredibly professional and attentive. She took the time to explain the procedure and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Her expertise and gentle approach made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. Booked a last minute massage today staff were lovely and friendly, massage was so good beata made sure I was comfortable and checked in throughout the massage.

My eye brows are so clean and sharp they look incredibly natural but so much better. Lisa made me feel so comfortable very lovely lady
