Best hair removal experience I've ever had! The staff is warm and welcoming, the facility is modern and clean, and most importantly, the treatments actually work! I've tried other places before, but nothing compares to the results I'm seeing here. Worth every penny! Highly recommend.

Hands down the best waxing experience I’ve ever had! I booked a full leg and underarm wax with Cherie, and she made the whole process smooth—literally and figuratively. She was gentle, thorough, and made me feel totally at ease. The space is clean, cozy, and inviting, not cold or clinical. Cherie explained everything beforehand, checked in often, and used high-quality products that left my sensitive skin soft, calm, and irritation-free. She’s warm, professional, and clearly takes pride in her work. Already booking my next visit!

I had such a great experience at Elcat! Elcat herself did my haircut and blow-dry, and she absolutely nailed it. She really knows what she’s doing—I felt completely at ease in her hands, and the end result was just beautiful. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her clients. The salon has a warm, welcoming vibe, and Elcat is so easy to talk to. If you’re looking for someone who listens and delivers exactly what you want (or even better), I highly recommend her!

My experience was good. The salon was clean and there were a lot of shellac colour options. The reason I deducted a star was because it wasn’t clear before the appointment that they charge $10 for shellac removal if done at a different salon. Also, the manicure area setup wasn’t comfortable, the chair was too low and extending my arms out while leaning forward made my neck hurt by the end of the appointment… I voiced this to the technician but she just smiled and didn’t offer any modifications. Overall, it was an okay experience, expected a bit more based on the reviews and price.

I can’t say enough good things about this salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely comfortable. The space is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a relaxing atmosphere. My nail tech s were not only incredibly skilled but also both so attentive to every detail — they really listened to what I wanted and made my nails look even better than I imagined.

This was my first time at Sarang Nails, and I loved it! I went in with my grandma and she also had a great experience. We got the mani-pedi services, our nail techs (Kaylin & Annie) were so friendly and warm, it made for a very relaxing appointment! They really took their time and gave us great results. I will definitely be back! :)

Katelin is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! She makes sure you're comfortable throughout your appointment, she is incredibly knowledgable about her craft, and is just so warm and kind from start to finish. This studio is a judgement free zone!!

I just got home from a great visit. There were an issue with my bio gel nails and I went back after 4 days and they fixed them all up at no charge and were excellent in customer service. Such a warm and welcoming place.

Every appointment starts with a warm greeting and ends with hands that look fresh, modern and perfectly manicured. Time spent in the care of another should feel relaxed and refreshing- with Mithu it always does.

Everyone says you need a good injector—but Nurse Liza was so much more than that. She was an absolute delight to work with. Incredibly knowledgeable, warm, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable. Might I add she’s phenomenal at cheek filler and gave me the cheeks I didn’t think I’d ever have!
