My experience was good. The salon was clean and there were a lot of shellac colour options. The reason I deducted a star was because it wasn’t clear before the appointment that they charge $10 for shellac removal if done at a different salon. Also, the manicure area setup wasn’t comfortable, the chair was too low and extending my arms out while leaning forward made my neck hurt by the end of the appointment… I voiced this to the technician but she just smiled and didn’t offer any modifications. Overall, it was an okay experience, expected a bit more based on the reviews and price.

I’m from the UK and visiting my pal in Canada and was stressed about needing my brows done while away from home. Mani took all that stress away - she was so welcoming and calming and did an incredible job with my brows. I normally get my brows waxed instead of threading because I find it too painful but Mani was sooo gentle I barely even felt it. Happy to say I have found a brow gal I can trust in Toronto! 💛

I've been going to Fabiola Gallo to have my eyelashes and eyebrows done on a regular basis. I wouldn't exchange for any other professional here in Toronto because she has high quality products, her lashes lasts longer than most places I've been before, her studio is super confortable and on the top of that, she is an extremely pleasant person ! I love this place. The staff are very friendly, but also sensitive to the times when you have an appointment at the end of the day, and are too tired for conversation. I have seen multiple practitioners for cuts, colour, and many of the esthetician services, and have always been pleased. I shopped around when I first came to Toronto before I found a place I was satisfied with.

She's the best in Toronto

This was my first time getting a Brazilian wax and Mani made me feel very comfortable. I appreciate how she was able to set pain expectations for the procedure and share her knowledge on how to take care of the skin after the procedure. She is very knowledgeable and I would highly recommend her waxing services.

Had a great experience! Got a full arm, full leg + bikini & eyebrow wax with Jessica and she was so awesome & lovely! She made me feel super comfortable and was so thorough to make sure she didn’t miss any spots. Will definitely be back!

I was honestly skeptical doing a Brazilian wax outside my home country, so I asked for a black lady to work on me to relive some anxiety😅 But Mani said she was alone and I cautiously proceeded with the appointment. But oh it really went so well, not as painful as my first waxing experience, this being my second time to wax ever. Took a short time and was done. Thankful I did this💪🏽, probably considering dropping the shavers now! Many thanks Mani for the good service and being so friendly and relatable👏 I really recommend this place for y’all!!

Pretty good service! Fabi is the best in the industry. I got a Brazilian wax, and it was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I highly recommend her, especially if you’re looking for waxing and feel nervous or scared to try it.
