She is an absolute artist with both lashes and nails — her work is flawless, long-lasting, and always customized to what I want. Every appointment I leave feeling beautiful. Alisha is professional, clean, and always up to date on techniques and products. She’s meticulous, but still makes the whole experience fun and relaxing. I'm very picky and Glorious nails always does a perfect job. Ana is really amazing and can do anything you ask. It's clean and hygenic, and everyone is super friendly. They even have small frills like a warm towel for your hands afterwards (and they'll take pictures for Instagram for you). Love you guys!!

Samantha is the owner of Sugr Sugr. I visited her today at the Merivale location for a full Brazilian sugar wax, and she was great. My first visit was a great experience, but it was my first time, so it did hurt a bit. However, I had an acceptable pain tolerance during the service. With the mask on afterward, it had a cooling sensation, which felt nice. She is nice, kind, and caring towards her clients (e.g., asking me if I am doing okay during and after the service). I will come back to see her for her waxing or sugar services at either this location or her Westboro location.

Sharmi was fast efficient and made the process as painless as possible (considering the service!) she’s also a great person to chat with which made the whole experience quick and easy. The location is super convenient for me, since my regular waxer moved. So glad I found this place.. plus it’s clean, cute and welcoming! Highly recommend

I attended training with Diana for the brow master class which included brow Mapping & Shaping, Waxing, Lamination,Tinting (and the ombré effect), Stain, Henna, Theory manual , Full starter kit to start offering these services. She was very knowledgeable and was great at showing me in detail how to do each step. Very comfortable and clean studio. Very friendly also offered some snacks and water. I am excited to do the master lash training at the end of the month. Thank you again Diana !
