I moved to Dieppe in August, from NS, and have been looking for salon services. I can’t believe I found this gem right under my nose. I went, armed with photos, and Amanda gave me the perfect cut, just what I wanted! I also had some waxing services, and I am sorry I didn’t catch the esthetician’s name, was wonderful! The staff are diligent about adhering to sanitizing/ cleaning guidelines. I felt very safe,comfortable and welcome. I have found my salon family! I had a few treatments done, and all three ladies were extremely professional and pleasant to spend time with! Each of them were very skilled in their area of expertise, with the bonus of being super warm and welcoming! The interior was very comfortable and clean as well - I’ll definitely be returning for any services they have to offer! Highly recommend, they’re a great bunch :)

This was my first hair appointment with Ashley. My hair has gone through a lot of changes over the past few years and I no longer loved it and didn't think it still had potential to be beautiful. Ashley took so much time to understand everything about me and my hair. She took the time to explain her recommendations and gave me clear price points for all of my options. She used aromatherapy and massage throughout my appointment. I left feeling beautiful and relaxed. And I love my hair again.

Nika always greets me with a warm welcome each time I visit. She’s very knowledgeable and has lots of experience in her field. My hair continues to be healthy in her hands. I get what I’m asking for each time and if I can’t, she explains how I can achieve my goal hair colour in the future visits with her. The salon has a beautiful and bright interior. They use Aveda products which have helped heal my hair. They’re cruelty free, vegan, silicone free, sls free, sles free, and sulfate free.

J'y suis allé pour faire percer les oreilles de ma fille de 6 mois et l'expérience à été au delà de nos attentes. On a d'abord pris le temps de nous expliquer la procédures, le déroulement de celle-ci et comment en faire l'entretien par la suite. C'est à peine si elle à eu le temps de verser une larme que c'était déjà fini et elle souriait à nouveau. L'approche était douce et très rassurante autant pour le bébé que pour les parents. De plus il y a une très belle variété de choix de boucles d'oreilles! Nous recommandons fortement, l'expérience fut positive sur toute la ligne!

Absolutely love Krystel MediSpa! The staff is incredibly professional, the space is clean and welcoming, and the services are topnotch. Olga is truly the best when it comes to laser treatments! she’s knowledgeable, gentle, & makes you feel so comfortable throughout the process. I’ve seen amazing results thanks to her expertise! & if you’re considering lip blush or colour, I highly recommend Nadin. Her attention to detail & artistry are amazing! she really takes the time to make sure you’re happy with the shape and shade. So grateful to have this gem right here in Dieppe. Highly recommended! 💜

From the warm, smiling greeting and offer of a beverage, to having the extraordinarily talented Stephanie whip my 'worst haircut ever' into the absolute cutest style (and truly more than i could have dreamed of!).
