Mostly great! There was no one in the shop (or at least not in the customer area) when I arrived. I had made an appointment which, luckily, Sharon prioritized once she emerged from the back since, by then, several more people had arrived. The threading itself was done pretty quickly & seemed quite thorough.

Bani was great. She was nice and always communicative about the wait time. The place was short staffed, but she was able to hand all the costumers in a timely manner without having you feel rushed. I am extremely happy with my service and will come back!

I've never had my eyebrows threaded before. Ayesha was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly before she started. Listened to what I wanted and checked to make sure I was pleased every step of the way. No more waxing for me! I'll be going back regularly. Thank you!

It was my first time here. It was a fast and easy appt. Pricing is comparable to other places so I have no complains. I did like that they suggested an appt for 3 weeks and even set it up for me. I will be back! My eyebrows look good again! Ty!
