Best body massage and reiki session ever! Shanice is very intentional with her massages. She relieved all of my tension from my head and soreness from my body. She’s intuitively guided with her reiki sessions and release a lot of my trap energy. I felt lighter after my session. She validated some of my past experiences and the energy that I’m moving towards now in my new season. This was the best birthday gift to myself today! Thank you Shanice for your grounded spirit and I’ll be back next month.

Literally, THE BEST massage I've ever had. My first time going and I will definitely be back as a regular. I got a Swedish massage and facial. Not only did she relieve the tension in my neck but my hips, which is where I constantly have pain from my sciatica.
