It was a comfortable experience specially for me as it is my first time to do waxing and threading. It was painful and hot but totally manageable. The fragrance and ambience of the room was so relaxing. And Pinky did an amazing job in doing my threading and waxing, she made me felt comfortable in my body as well. Thank you Pinky! Love the beauty treatment and will definitely be going back!!! I hadn't had a Brazilian wax in 2 months and shaved my bikini line last week 🤭 (normal waxing would not get the hairs out). Cindy worked her magic and was able to get most of the little hairs out. If you haven't had a sugar wax you have to try it! 💯💯

I had the BEST experience here today. Both with beauty and hair. I was very worried about finding a new hairdresser and beautician since moving to Christchurch but I will 100% be back. Had a great experience this morning getting my eyebrows threaded and upper lip threaded for the first time! The beautician was great and friendly, always asking me if I was okay with what she was doing and since I’ve never had my upper lip threaded she explained the difference between threading and waxing and I’ll never go back to waxing! After, I got some soothing gel and had a wee face massage to tie it all together. What a great start to my morning :) Thank you again :)

Walked in and was served straight away, was welcomed with a polite smile and hello. Told the lady what I wanted and was told to take a seat while they set up the room. Entered the room which was very clean and organized. Very relaxing music in the background and no sound coming from the mall so very relaxing environment. Got Brazilian and armpits waxing done, I found the lady very professional, asking if I was ok and whether the wax was at a comfortable temperature for me. I will definitely be returning. 🥰
