Hannah and the team made us feel so welcome and relaxed. The relaxation room is gorgeous, the perfect place to chill pre/post treatment. The treatments we had were luxurious, we were in expert hands! I booked holistic heaven - back massage, Indian head massage and reflexology... It was amazing, highly recommend!! :)

I was booked in for a manicure and facial with Michelle. She was very friendly and competent. They have a lot of repeat clients and I can see why! Will be back for more pampering soon, because I'm worth it! Highly recommended

Had my hair and make up done today for a wedding (wedding guest) and i am so so pleased! I had a great experience at Urban Spa. The space is really nice with lots of thoughtful details that made it feel calm and welcoming. I had a back massage and an Indian head massage, both of which were really relaxing. I’d definitely recommend!

In all honesty, I booked because there was space on the day I wanted and I could book online, however I definitely got lucky in deciding to book. The atmosphere was friendly and chilled, our hair stylist worked quickly, and did a fantastic job. I will absolutely be going back here :)

The new venue is beautiful. You can see how much thought and hard work has gone into it. Hannah was really friendly and made me feel so welcome, as always. She gave me the most fantastic back massage and facial. I felt so relaxed and pampered, I could have gone to sleep. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.

I feel like I have had a proper pamper session. Whilst having a pedicure I sat in a chair that massages your back. I dozed off as was so relaxed having lvl and brow lamination. Value for money and really happy with the treatments done by abbie.

I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable it is a lovely atmosphere. Jade has done a fantastic job on my ombré eyebrows I Love the shape not only is she a lovely person she makes sure your eyebrows are as perfect as she can. Thank you so much Jade you are a star and you have given my confidence back and made me feel good again. I will definitely be coming back for some more treatments with you.

Having recently completed my powder ombré eyebrows where Jade worked her magic, I was so impressed that I went back for lip blush too, I won’t lie, the procedure and aftercare was a little tender, but Jade is an absolute pro at making you feel relaxed. Now in the last year of my 50’s I now have some definition to my brows and lips and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I ummed and ahhed for a while before taking the plunge, but I am so glad I did. I cannot recommend Jade and her team highly enough. Thank you Jade X

Love going to Ellie for my waxing treatments, had my brows done for the first time with her today and they are perfect!

Excellent, my hair type, style and expectations were discussed prior to washing, my hair was blow dried in loose curls as I wanted. I just had a trim this time, want to keep my hair longer for a holiday, but will go back for a winter restyle in October.
