Went back for my top up today and I was very happy with the results, Fee listened to what I wanted and the changes I wanted to make. She went over the aftercare again and always checked in to make sure I was ok while she topped them up. She threw In an eyebrow wax too! Happy customer, happy brows. Thank you so much !

A wonderful afternoon at LA Beauty Spa. Afternoon tea, complementary products and robes. Exclusive use of the Spa area including the Infrared sauna, steam room, and relaxation lounge with heated and vibration seating. The egg chair was a favourite and the flavoured water a nice touch. Hayley is the most down to earth person I have come across in a long time. She is highly professional and you feel totally comfortable and safe in her presence. Lashes are amazing - retention is the best - and the massages - well my husband isn’t happy at the bank balance of me keep going back!

Hayley is friendly. welcoming and makes me feel comfortable. It’s like going to see a friend and having a nice chat. I had the luxury foot peel this time. I wasn’t sure what to expect as ones I have had in the past at different places never really helped the thick dry skin on my heels but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. First time I have been here and Fee explained everything as she went along. Didn’t feel embarrassed at all (even with the intimate waxing) as she was really professional and friendly.
