Visiting Nicola and the girls is always a pleasure, they are all very professional, caring and lovely. Amazing massage again today - Nicola is really helping with my constant back problems caused by my posture at work. Never had the courage to go for a massage, worried that they would be too uncomfortable. Totally the opposite and in such a lovely relaxed room with beautiful aromatherapy as an added treat. Brilliant back massage again, I can't rate Charlene highly enough, she's professional, friendly and simply excellent at back massage. I get very bad knots and she removes them very effectively.

I got a last minute booking for my waxing and within the time allocated, Nicola managed to wax my leg and do a Brazilian for me. In conversations, I realised it was actually the same salon I use to go to at Fulwood. I was dead happy to be back with them. Really grateful for the friendly and wonderful service.

Adele is so professional and the new salon felr so tranquil all throughout. Already can't wait to go back!
