I’m currently 38 weeks pregnant and wanted to have some intimate waxing done prior to the birth. I haven’t had any waxing done for a good few years and being heavily pregnant, I was slightly nervous. Carra expertly talked through the procedure before and during appointment and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The moles are scabbing over following the procedure (which they should as Carra explained) and then fingers crossed they won't be back! Thank you Carra as always x

Had my first bikini line wax with Carra today, left my nerves at the door and my brave face was on. Carra is amazing, I felt relaxed the whole time, tiny bit of pain but I'm sure I will get used to when I go back time and time again. I had gel toes done by senior nail tech and it was done within a good time frame enabling me to meet a time for a prior engagement. It didn't take as long as what is advertised and the standard of the work was the best I have found so far in Plymouth. I have never experienced such a professional and passionate worker. She really cared and I am so happy with my wax. I had a Hollywod and full legs and I will come back every time. In 18 years in Plymouth no one other before made me leave happy, pain free and satisfied with the final result. No patches! The lady will grab the tweezers and pluck out anything that is left, she is so easy to talk to and not one moment of embarrassment! And is not expansive at all!

What a find! Emma is so welcoming and professional. I loved her space, really comfortable and inviting. Emma gave me a brilliant back neck and shoulder massage, I came out feeling so relaxed yet appreciated her firm pressure. Definitely recommend.

Im so pleased that I found Emma! I visit her for waxing and massage, she is very good at what she does. As a trans male I have in the past not felt welcomed or comfortable in other salons. Emma is warm and friendly and has a lovely, welcoming space. Highly recommend!!

I just had a back, neck and shoulder massage with Emma and feel like a new woman! I had very tight muscles and in a lot of pain but Emma has worked her magic and I can actually turn my head to the side without pain again! Highly recommend 🥰
