As always Zhara is incredible. Will never let anyone touch my brows or do a facial now on me now, unless it is her. Makes it personal. This is time I had an added extra with back massage, and she managed to distress me almost instantly. If you go anywhere else, your a fool! 😁

Wow! Loving the new salon it’s so fabulous! I visited today for the Japanese head spa! I didn’t know way to expect but Lucy guided me all the way. It was a lovely experience and I will definitely be back. I even fell asleep at one point which is unheard off as I don’t relax normally. My hair feels luxurious now. Thank you Ellen for being this to Peterborough and making it feel a 5star experience. Your new salon is beautiful too, and always the team make you feel like family. I really wanted a catch up with Lucy but I relaxed too much!!

The moment I walked in, it felt like I stepped into a spa—the lovely smell and those awesome massage chairs made my hair washing experience so relaxing! I really felt pampered. I went to Salon 81 for a Hollywood Wax after having a not so good experience at another salon. I was apprehensive about my appointment because of my previous experience but within minutes of being there I felt so comfortable. April was incredibly friendly and kind. She was very professional, conversational and reassuring throughout the whole process and made it as painless as a waxing appointment can be! Super pleased with the results. Couldn’t recommend enough!! I will definitely be going back.
