Brilliant, cant wait to come back, Leah put me at ease straight away after a break from waxing to have my first child and my anxieties about my post baby body went away. I usually come every 5 weeks or so to Simply Hair and Beauty Lounge for waxing - experience is always 10/10. Laura is incredible, always friendly and helps you to feel at ease. Very knowledgeable and experienced in the services she provides. Today I decided to treat myself and booked a facial - WOW. Experience could not have been better. Relaxing environment, really comfy cozy bed with fluffy blanket. The products smelled amazing and the techniques that Laura used felt so calming and good for my skin. Would 100% recommend. ❤️

I’ve been to Leah & Elite Intimate Waxing twice now and I honestly couldn’t recommend her enough. She’s professional, gentle, and makes you feel completely at ease from the moment you walk in. Her technique is both thorough and surprisingly comfortable. She explains everything clearly, checks in often to make sure you’re okay, and has such a friendly, calming presence that it feels more like visiting a friend than an appointment. I was apprehensive about getting anti winkle injections but knew it was something I wanted doing for a while.. I had nothing to worry about because I was in such good hands with Laura. Fantastic first visit at Elite intimate waxing. Leah is so quick and puts you at ease within seconds of chatting to her. I’ve waxed all my life and she showed her experience in waxing immediately. I would definitely recommend the salon to anyone - for first time waxers I know Leah will be making you feel comfortable immediately. For people who have waxed a lot, you will enjoy her speedy but very thorough technique. The salon is also lovely and extremely clean.
