Charlotte was amazing!!! This week I've had my nails, eyebrows & legs waxed and a lash lift done by Charlotte. Although she is newly qualified and in training, I couldn't fault anything, and she really took her time and was a perfectionist. I will definitely be back. 💖

Staff, atmosphere and whole salon were perfect, actual wax was pretty painful qnd quite red (and a lot of stray hairs) afterwards. I had booked for hot wax and the staff member had to change to strip and they were great about the booking etc. but wouldn’t recommend a strip wax there. But I’ll go back for other treatments

Every time I come to Glambox for a wax with Alex, she is so friendly and makes me feel totally comfortable, and she is speedy but careful with the waxing so it's less painful and such a good result. Will be going back for every wax I need

I love coming to the Beautea lounge, I walk in feeling basic and feel amazing when I walk out it doesn’t matter what treatment I have … eyelashes, nails or a wax I alway leave feeling relaxed and happy. I highly recommend.

Hollie brilliant and down to earth as always. The back of my legs whilst waxing I found ticklish & it gave me the giggles. I was worried Hollie would get annoyed with me, but she was fine & would rather have have a laughing client than a crying 1! Great results as always x

10/10 The best massage I have ever had. A professional and welcoming environment. Lisa removed all of the pain, tension and stiffness in my back - I get a massage 4x a year and this is undoubtedly the best place I have been. Cannot recommend highly enough!
