Pippa is the only person I trust to do my waxing. Like most people, I find waxing quite painful but she puts me at ease and allows me to go at my own pace. She’s very professional and gets excellent results.

I’ve been having my waxing done with Pippa for over 15 years & honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else. What first attracted me to her was her expertise, high standards & professionalism & she has delivered that consistently at every appointment. Pippa creates a calm, welcoming environment & always makes you feel completely at ease. Her technique is quick, thorough & as comfortable as possible with results that are always flawless. It’s rare to find someone who combines such skill with genuine care for her clients. Pippa is truly outstanding at what she does. A five-star service every time.

Absolutely amazing treatments from Pippa. Pippa spent time before the treatments asking me about my job, wellbeing and any medical concerns. I am a secondary school teacher so a naturally stressful and demanding job. The Hopi ear candles were so relaxing and I loved just hearing the crackle of the fire and the soothing background music. After iced water and lemon, Pippa moved onto the Aromatherapy back massage with facial and scalp massage. She tailored it to my needs of tense shoulders and aching lower back and I felt so relieved afterwards.

My nail appointment with Dolcie today was 1st class. I am so pleased and she was so professional and my nails look great. Thank you so much Dolcie. I will be back xxx
