I can't fault my experience today. I was booked in for a pedicure and Dolly lashes but I totally forgot to come in for a patch test for the lashes, but the staff were so accommodating and I had a facial instead. Amelia who did my treatments was lovely. She was very kind and really nice to chat to and I've left feeling refreshed and very relaxed. I'd recommend to anyone and I will definitely be back!

Massage was fantastic only feedback I have is it was quite noisy in reception/other rooms which made it difficult to fully switch off at times but appreciate it can’t always be helped if customers are loud!

Appointment today for my usual, nails and EBWT - today was a treat for a lux pedicure. Its always lovely to chat with the girls, I know both Millie and Amelia well now from many many years of coming to the salon, back in the Giblin days! Highly recommend both girls.

My daughter had been recommended by her friend and she had a cut & blow dry and then curled on Saturday. She absolutely loved it and will be going back for future appointments. Whilst I was waiting for her I was offered a drink. Staff were lovely and friendly.

Booked a last minute neck, shoulder and back massage with Amelia. Excellent massage, very relaxing. Highly recommend.

Fabulous Spa experience. Lovely picnic and bottle of bubbles. Enjoyed two hours for hot tub and mud scrub, then a glorious 90 mins of treatments. I opted for full body massage and facial. It was fantastic! So relaxing. All staff welcoming and smiling. Will be back!

Highly recommend Welburn Hall. Recently took a big step (for me) to a short Bob. Absolutely loved it but really struggled to re-create at home. Went back in and Kelly was fantastic and spent time to show me how to do it and more importantly where I have been going wrong. If you are looking to try some place new - can highly recommend. Finally, salon is really friendly and welcoming, always look forward to a visit. Clair
