I had an eyelash tint and eyebrow tidy up (wax and trim). It was a relaxing environment with nice decor and background music. The stylist listened to me and gave me the degree of eyebrow tidy I wanted, without losing the natural look. Everything was efficient (e.g. forms filled in advance via an app), so no time wasted.

Always a great experience with Suzie, I had my brows microbladed for the 3rd time which was a retouch after a year. Many a salon in Ipswich I have tried but I always return to Purity. Worth every penny. Love Suzanne - if you're new to waxing or a bit lower on the pain tolerance scale then she's the one for you. Will take her time and use all the techniques to make you feel comfortable without rushing you. Cannot recommend this salon enough.

I went in for a waxing service and I had a wonderful experience with Maritza! Even though I showed up a little bit late, she completed the entire service, made the whole experience comfortable and painless and told me what she was doing before she did it so I knew what to expect! She was wonderful to talk to and made me feel very comfortable overall. The rooms were clean and smelled lovely and the attention she paid to my hair and skin type and the modifications she made to make sure I didn't end up with any irritated skin was so appreciated. Definitely come here!!

Hannah was amazing and so calming and relaxing. I had a lip and chin wax which normally is a horrible experience but she made it so calming, and with the hot wax I’ve come away afterwards and it does not sting at all. She has a real soft touch. Really impressed! Xx

Brilliant eyebrow wax, exactly what I wanted. Betty was so gentle and polite during the entire appointment, lovely casual chat. The room was pleasant with natural lighting, fan was on to keep me cool and had a comfortable bed to relax during the procedure. Thank you, will book again.
