My experience at TBH has always been a positive one! The girls are so down to earth and welcoming, and never short of having a giggle with their customers - “beauty besties” is how I’d describe them! They’re online booking system is brilliant and rescheduling an appointment is just as simple! I also feel their booking terms are fair! Ive been for my lashes and tan and never had an issue, hoping to start my waxing and facial journeys with them in the not too distant future too! x

I have regular lash lifts with Pip and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Spot on every time. I've also had waxing & my nails done. I'd much rather support a small business than go to a high street salon. Highly recommend.

I had a full body hot stone massage followed by some reflexology. Absolutely fantastic, thank you Charly. Not only super relaxing but physically healing. She found tension areas I didn’t even know could be tense. It was an intense experience but thoroughly recommend for distressing and relaxation.

Shola was professional, confident & made me feel relaxed & reassured. I have super sensitive skin & have had real problems with waxing in the past. Shola explained about sugaring in detail & how to prepare my skin plus aftercare. After the sugaring my skin has been absolutely fine & I am happy with the results. I highly recommend Shola

Just tried Katie's new 'Sculpt' face remodelling massage. Wow! A trip to Cocoon is always a delight, but this treatment was something else. I had no idea I held so much tension in my face and I've come out feeling (and almost looking) like an entirely new person. My nervous system feels diazapam calm and I've got my smile back! I had my eyebrows laminated and a set of eyelash extensions applied, plus a waxing and I’m really pleased with the result! I felt there was great attention to detail, plus all the staff are super friendly and welcoming.
