Went in for a long overdue sports massage, Emma was fantastic as always! Managed to make me so relaxed I almost dozed off, and got all the knots out of my shoulders.

Another great treatment, my back was so tense due to a really hard week at work, but Emma's treatment done the trick, I now feel relaxed and pain free. Thank you Emma.

Wonderful! It was my first time getting a massage, they welcomed me in and made me feel comfortable straight away. The massage itself was excellent! I'll definitely be going back for another treatment and would recommend Sackville Health and Beauty to anyone else.

Emma is an amazing deep tissue massage therapist. I have a neck condition and she work wonders on relaxing the tension and releasing knots in my shoulders, neck and back.

Always a pleasure to have an appointment with Emma. I saw her today for a sports massage. I live with chronic pain, but Emma is able to relieve tight muscles and tense areas so that this is easier to manage for a while. My back, shoulders and neck feel lighter and more relaxed than they have in a while, probably since our last appointment. Thank you Emma, as always.

Emma seems to be able to stretch time as well as muscles! Are you sure my booking was just 30mins?? I was lost in my treatment when she asked me to turn over onto my back. Emma is better at undoing knots as any boy scout!! I'll be back next month. Thank you Emma!
