My appointment was at 09.00 on a cold Friday morning, I was the first appointment & the Boutique had just opened. Disappointingly it was not as warm as I would have hoped it was cold although obvious the heating was warming up slowly. Despite this my two treatments were fine & my Beautician was excellent (Valentina) I would highly recommend. I had a male back wax and a male pedicure.

Kayla is always professional and does an excellent job with anything I ask for. Her waxing always feels like a high quality finish and she has an excellent eye for detail when shaping my brows. Would thoroughly recommend her for any beauty treatment.

I've had a few treatments with Kayla now in the past year and I can honestly say she is the best! She is personable, professional and very experienced. Facials are amazing, the products used, Tropics are devine and my skin always feels so refreshed and alive! Massages are the same after a back, neck and shoulder massage my neck movement feels so much free-er. I highly recommend Kayla's beauty bar and she has a loyal, frequent attender in myself. Nafisa was Amazing 🤩 with my girls having their ears pierced for the first time. Settled their nerves and really gentle. The price included a really Good choice of earrings . Loads of extra stuff so they can look after them well, a certificate and a fluffy toy! Great value x Any issues you can go straight back. Outstanding service as always.

Had a head massage with Holly. It was a great experience and well worth the money. Holly made me feel welcome from the outset. She listened to my needs and the massage was the best I ever had. Just moved to the area, I will be definitely going back for more treatments. Nice ambiance and wonderful staff.

Most definitely the best head, neck and back massage I have ever had. Kayla took her time, identified all my weak, sore points and massaged them with just the right pressure, making sure I was comfortable at all times. She is very professional and has magic hands. Thoroughly recommend her!
