The ambience was welcoming and very soothing, as was my first visit. The process of my treatment was explained to me before it was started. I enjoyed my treatment (pedicure) and Rhenea was very helpful in giving tips to care for my feet between pedicures. I will be back again.

This is my 2nd time and Gia really knows what she's doing! After my 1st visit, my hair bumps were practically nonexistent and the hair growth was very slow... I came back after 6 weeks because I wasn't sure if she would have hair to remove 😅 But she got the job done as usual... Just excellent 👏🏽

It was good , the massage therapist was very thorough, very professional , for me, the one thing that was lacking was the total quietness and tranquil atmosphere, the background noises was very distracting making it difficult for me to relax fully..Aside from that it was okay/ good.

I had a massage today. The massage was decent and I have some feedback on process. Firstly, I suggest clients be consulted about how their body is feeling and if any specific body parts need special attention; my massage started without any consultation. I also suggest training massage therapists to ask clients about pressure at the beginning of the massage, and to check in again about it midway through the massage. I think my massage may have ended slightly early as well, I recommend ensuring clients receive the full 60 minutes they booked. That would take my rating from good to great!

This was my very first wax and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She is so kind, patient and knowledgeable. A Relaxing First-Time Waxing Experience I had my first waxing session with Ghea, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The area was well sanitized and cool. She was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the process and answer all my questions. She also made me feel at ease throughout the session, she was gentle and took care to ensure my comfort and safety.
