Lovely owner. Great service. I am a tourist over from the UK so was nervous about getting a wax from someone other than my regular one. I walked to the salon from Carlisle Bay but recommend getting a bus or taxi if you don’t like walking. Owner sent directions before apt with detailed instructions. Got a very warm welcome and she even cut my partners hair whilst he waited and put on paw patrol for my daughter. Wax was the exact same as back home. They listened to what my normal service was like and replicated it.

Exceptional Service!!! I Booked A Swedish Massage... As a starter.... Location is just right.... The area is quiet and very tranquil... We were welcomed very nicely and it was a nice cozy and wonderful experience.... The massage was amazing! Attention to areas of tension and strain and they made me feel at home... This wasn't my first time getting a Brazilian wax but I didn't get it done from island serenity,got it done somewhere else and I didn't had a great experience. But when I tell you Kim talk me through everything and it was quick. Kim and her assistant really made me feel comfortable. Great service and I will definitely be back. And will recommend anyone who is thinking about getting wax but not sure try island serenity you wouldn't be disappointed.

When I say every visit with Regina is an experience I mean it. No one else is allowed to do my waxing when I touch down and I dread the 10mths I have to wait before I see hee again. She is amazing!! So sweet, kind friendly easy to talk to and gentle in every way. I've recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so. If she ever left this field I honestly don't know what I'll do, that's how committed I am to this aesthetician yall!! She is the absolute BEST!!
