Olivia is amazing at what she does! My skin, which is prone to break outs and dryness, always feels so soft and smooth when I leave. Liv’s work has single handedly changed the discolouration that I’ve experienced where hair grows, particularly on my underarms. She is a perfectionist and takes her time to provide a thorough service! The ambience in her room is also very relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I had my waxing appointment at the Comfort Room and it was honestly the most ideal experience. Olivia was so understanding, kind, and careful, constantly reassuring me and making sure I felt comfortable. I loved her attention to detail and her genuine drive to achieve perfection. The space itself is elegant, spotless and calming. I’ve finally found a reliable, judgment-free waxing place and I’ll definitely be coming back regularly. 🫶🏽
