Loved the girls. So easy going & extremely friendly. The waxing itself: I have nerve damage so waxing hurts me more than the average person, but their technique was different 2 anything I've ever had before & a LOT more gentle on the skin. The only downside is that you may have 2 park in the side streets nearby as parking is minimal. Having said that, it's still much closer than getting a park & walking thru Sunshine Plaza to the salons there. The Wax Pot also offers a full range of feminine waxing along with other services. I'm def. a permanent customer after my 1st visit.

The staff were very kind and helpful. They explained clearly about the process etc and ensured that I was happy with everything before they went ahead and began work on my brows. The outcome was perfect. Very pleased and will continue use their services.
