Excellent service - very informative! I’d just like to follow up on a foundation sample which I forgot to grab on my way out. Also the app to doublecheck some of my other products I have at home. Kyra has a wonderful technique for my facial. The bonus of a hand and arm massage while my face mask was doing its thing was greatly appreciated. Kyra has a lovely, kind and warm approach.

Had first Forma treatment on face today and it felt amazing like a warm facial, very relaxing and absolutely no downtime was perfectly fine straight after! Looking forward to more treatments.
