One of the best facials I have ever had! I liked that Lisa explained what she was going to do beforehand and how it would help my skin and advice on skincare. She was very warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Would definitely recommend and revisit. I had the Derpmaplane, Hydrofacial, Photo therapy and Anti-Aging and my face was glowing and the cleanest it's ever felt in ages.

Another wonderful experience at Kirby & Teen. It was freezing cold and rainy outside but I was welcomed with some hot tea and it was so cozy and warm inside. The only downside was having to leave after my treatments. Marvellous did an amazing job as always with my mani.

I had a lovely experience with Bella. This is my second time with her for a lash lift. She is very sweet and gives the best foot massages! I will be back

The service was a clean 5 star but the consultation room for lashes is too hot and the sun comes in. Consider putting up blockout blinds and a mini aircon for both the client and consultants were uncomfortable due to excessive heat in the room. Excessive heat could also melt the glue which could result in lashes taking long to dry out.

Good evening we had very good experience. Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Food and service was great. The room was just very cold. They have tried to warm it up with heaters, but some things are out of our control. Just one of those things. I have very sensitive skin so today my face is itching and lot of red patches on my face which itch a lot. Hopefully the Anithistamine will take the itching away. Defnitely a great place and great experience. Cant fault anyone and must say they took their time with every session and did not do a rush job. Will defnitely recommend it. Thank you.

From the start to finish, we had an amazing experience, the staff were so warm and welcoming, the treatment was well worth the experience, my favorite part being the Swedish massage as the masseuse hit all the right pressure points and untied all my knots in the back and neck area , I highly recommend the full lovers package as it is definitely well worth it. Loved the aesthetic look with the art and the home cooked meals was the cherry on top. A lovely new spot with the cutest décor and genuinely warm staff. From the moment you walk in, everyone greets you, and the personalised welcome sign at your station is such a sweet touch. My pedicure was honestly the best I’ve ever had, with incredible attention to detail and no rushing at all. My brow wax and tint were perfectly matched, and my gel manicure was beautifully done with lots of colours to choose from. Truly a 10/10 experience and I’ll definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience! Warm and loving welcome, wonderful treatments, delicious meal made from scratch and even got a little history about the family. There is a strong sense of cultural history and richness that feels warm and welcoming and we'll definitely be returning to experience it again!
