As always very accommodating as I was running very late to my appointment due to severe traffic they were all so very understanding. Arrived at my appointment and I had changed my mind to what I wanting doing from my consultation Serena listened to me and was happy to it for me. Always happy chatty and a pleasure to be in company. Love love my hair every time I walk out the salon.

This was my first appointment at this salon. Kylie was friendly and immediately put me at ease. Before and after cutting my hair we discussed next steps and had a full consultation to discuss how best to colour my hair at my next appointment. Leighoni is amazing, I am so glad I have found her. She is super talented and does my hair amazing every time. My first time visiting Lauren today, from start to finish the appointment was fab. My hair looks amazing and so happy with finding Lauren. :)

I was greeted warmly by Robyn . I was made a coffee before my consultation. Robyn was very helpful explaining about colours for my hair. Robyn said when I know I am available to get in touch and she will fit me in.

A very professional haircut and top-notch service. Mary let me in an hour early, made me a tea, let me work for an hour, and then made me a cappuccino during the procedure and we had a nice chat. I highly recommend!
