This was my first appointment at this salon. Kylie was friendly and immediately put me at ease. Before and after cutting my hair we discussed next steps and had a full consultation to discuss how best to colour my hair at my next appointment. I cannot recommend Abbi enough she is absolutely amazing at what she does! I travel over an hour to get my hair done and it’s 100% worth it! I took my baby to the salon today and every single person made me feel welcome and at ease with my baby. Highly recccomend House of Castellis!

Sian did my extensions perfect as per ❤️ Had the best experience as usual with my hair done perfectly and Sian is just so lovely too. Emma and Leighoni did a perfect job on my head today. I have such a dark root and they got it amazing for my first sitting. I had a full head of highlights and it's the first time I've left a salon feeling beyond happy with my hair. Gorgeous girls to they make you feel so comfortable! Found my forever hair salon now ❤️.

I was greeted warmly by Robyn . I was made a coffee before my consultation. Robyn was very helpful explaining about colours for my hair. Robyn said when I know I am available to get in touch and she will fit me in.

Lauren was amazing as always! She took the time to listen to what I wanted, cut my hair how I wanted and recommend different styles for me, my colour is perfect and she also gave me an additional massage on my hair loss areas - 10/10 couldn’t recommend more!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
