Easy booking online for an appointment with Aliona. Had a friendly greet at entrance & was swiftly seen to. Aliona was observant in what style I was looking for & made adjustments with my approval. I asked for a last minute hair mask which was done without any problems and was told of extra charges beforehand. I was offered refreshments. Aliona is amazing at her professionalism & would highly recommend. I have visited many salons & have not been 100% happy but this visit has made me a convert to Vida. Had a pleasant experience & will be visiting regularly. Forget RUSH & T&G come here instead!

A wonderful experience Aliona is very friendly and precise in her work. I loved the fact that she insisted in making sure I was happy with the result before finishing my hair cut which literally turned out better than envisioned.. The girl at the reception was also very friendly and helpful, everyone seemed happy to go the extra mile which is not very common in customer service today. One of the oldest customers in the Ilford salon been coming 5 years plus once every week all the salonist are great,today I was taken care of by alliona a new salonist who's never death with my hair before she did a great job.
