I booked myself in for an age smart facial with Sarah and it was such a lovely experience. The service was amazing and she was so attentive throughout. She also provided me with lots of information about recommended products after. The only issue I had was with booking. As I had a voucher, I could only use it at wallisdown and I found the treatments shown online as being available in Wallisdown weren’t actually available there when I called them which was a little disappointing, but other than that it was a great experience.

Kate was 👍 Great. I wasn't sure what I wanted. I had a consultation & lots of suggestions. The prices are very reasonable. Services outstanding. Absolutely love my new hair. I thoroughly recommend Redlocks. They're following Covid19 practices. Felt very safe🤩

Absolutely amazing experience with Elise! I had a very drastic change with a restyle and highlights and she spent so much time making sure she got me exactly what I wanted and making me feel amazing! She was brilliant at her job and also a lovely person to chat with. All the other staff seemed lovely as well! I’m absolutely thrilled with my hair and will 10000% be back

I rang the salon today and spoke to Georgie and thanked her for the fab haircut and highlights she did yesterday for my youngest daughter. I then asked if she could cut my hair and she fitted me in today at 5pm. I had a consultation with George wash and cut I am so delighted with my fab new haircut is fantastic. The personal service is excellent, modern, fresh salon, lovely products. We've been customers for 11 years both my daughters and I love the service and attention and thank Caroline and her wonderful team. Highly recommended 5 stars

Zara-Jade was fantastic, we had a thorough consultation, she listened to my concerns and created the exact look I was going for. Being a hairdresser myself it’s been difficult to find someone that is not only a very talented colourist and hairdresser but has good energy and an amazing vibe, Zara-Jade brings it!

I’ve been to Warren & the Hare for the last 2+ years and service has always been fantastic. Aga is a brilliant stylist and produces a fantastic colour every time. My hair feels healthy and never fail to get compliments on my hair the day after an appointment with her.

Had a lovely experience at Redlocks. Hugo was really professional and made me feel really welcome and comfortable throughout. We had a quick chat at the start of the appointment and he listened carefully to what I wanted, and always took the time to explain what he was doing to make sure I was happy. I left the salon with gorgeous, healthy beach waves that lasted all day and still looked lovely even after being out all evening (almost unheard of in my fine, flat hair!). Would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a good hair salon in Bournemouth!

Went in today after going going to another hairdresser who had literally butchered my hair. These ladies listened to what I had to say and turned my mess of a hair into a beautiful hairstyle. Everything was amazing! Aga was an absolute gem, she was extremely kind, thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and passionate! She really made the whole process so easy and comfortable. I was really nervous cutting my hair but she did an amazing job walking me through the process and making sure i was happy. She did an incredible job with the cut and color. Everything from beginning to end felt high-end and personalized. The price as well was great. Really really happy. Thanks so much Aga for making me feeling beautiful!!

I came in today to get my hair and my nails done, after finishing the decorating (I managed to make a bit of a mess of my nails and my hair was NEEDING to be done). I was supposed to see Kat at 12pm but I left early and Amy rang so I hurriedly got there and as per usual the whole process was fantastic Amy did my hair and Ruby did my nails….

I recently had my hair colored and Lexi was amazing. She listened to what I wanted and offered some helpful suggestions about what would work best with my hair type. She did perfect colour, toner, blow dry and finished with lovely waves shaped hair. The salon atmosphere was welcoming and clean.

Always a calm and enjoyable 20 minutes while having my brows tinted and shaped by the lovely Kayleigh. A visit to the Venue at Wallisdown is always a pleasure.
