Terence is the best hair dresser I’ve ever met. He listens to you and understands exactly what it’s asked of him. He executes the hair cut with patience and a lot of care. I recently had a hair service done by Jatin and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Jatin is not only highly skilled but also incredibly professional and attentive. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and delivered exactly that with precision and care.

I’m loving the salon and the services. The staff are very kind specially the hair specialist Ms. Margie is the best. Thanks everybody.

They did an incredible job at accommodating my appointment while I was here visiting Dubai and I love my hair!

My stylist did a fabulous job of my hair. My only complaint is I asked specifically on the charge before coming & was given a price, then received a confirmation email with an additional charge, I voiced that it was concerning and then on the day found another additional charge. This is such a shame as it leaves a bad taste when the stylist has done such a brilliant effort. I will definitely come back but my feedback is you need to be 100% transparent on your costs to avoid nasty surprises at the end. Its not about the cost of the servIce but meeting an expectation that was set.
