Really lovely, enjoyable experience. Friendly, relaxed atmosphere and made to feel very welcome. Rob was great and explained everything from how/why he was cutting my hair in a certain way, to what products he was using and why, and the end result was wonderful. First time at Vaughan's and will definitely be returning!
