I must say I am so pleased with the service at Bellissima in Hiltingbury Road, Chandler's Ford. I drop my wife there to have both her hands and feet nails done and they did a superb job considering that my wife is disabled and suffers from Parkinson's dementia, they are so caring and kind to my wife that who really enjoyed the experience and would recommend Ballissima to everyone.

Now that is what you call a facial! Dee has absolutely converted me from someone who never trusted facials, to now having one regularly. It’s make a visible difference to my skin’s clarity, minimised my pores, removed blackheads and whiteheads and made me glow! I had the microdermabrasion facial, which is exfoliating and deep cleansing. Dee also incorporated an amazing shoulder, neck, head and face massage, LED face mask and face pack/serum. It was very relaxing and I can’t wait for my next one, thank you Dee.

Dee is absolutely amazing! She's incredibly quick, efficient, and gives the best hot wax I’ve ever had — virtually pain-free. She’s also very flexible when it comes to booking appointments, always reliable, and her space is spotless. Highly recommended!

I had an appointment for nail shellac, Dee is amazing. My nails look lovely and it was done so efficiently! Would 100% recommend.

Since coming to Emma at the beginning of this year I can honestly say that she is absolutely amazing at eyebrow threading. I would not trust anyone else with my eyebrows as have had bad experiences in the past. Every time I get them done they look fantastic and make a huge difference to my face! She is also super friendly and always makes my day when I have an appointment. Thanks so much Emma.

Emma did an amazing job of threading my eyebrows. I was very anxious since I have had bad experiences at other salons in the past. Emma assured me she would show me each time she completed a little. I was really pleased with the shape and the fact it didn’t even hurt! Thanks Emma.
