The service provided is really good, the only thing that is frustrating is that the person providing the service is always trying to include additional treatments onto what you have asked for. The package bought was for a haircut, threading & 20min relaxing treatment. The barber was made clear on this by my husband & the receptionist. Besides trying to push a facial, he also tried to add a "beard trim" to the bill. Thankfully the receptionist intervened & told him "we told you what the client is here for." Having this happen is really irritating & makes you think twice about coming back.

Asia and Kaushi are the best nail professionals I’ve ever been to ( and I’ve been to a lot!! ) -Asia is very sweet, skilled and her massages after the pedicure are the best and Kaushi is a kind perfectionist who takes care of your nail health and I was always super satisfied with the perfect result. I had a reservation with Aslam, but upon arrival he mentioned he hadn’t checked the booking and had already taken another customer. He asked me to wait an additional hour and did not offer an apology, which left me extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. However, Zeeshan stepped in and efficiently provided the services that were originally booked. I appreciate Zeeshan’s professionalism and support, though the initial experience with Aslam was very unsatisfactory.

The experience was amazing. I did my hair, nails and threading. Beautifully did all of them. Perfect threading, beautiful blow dry and curls and cute french tips. Highly recommend.

Great stylists. Ms.Marva is fantastic. Abby did a great mani/pedi and eyebrow threading. Every single one of the ladies is special..receptionist to stylist to nails/facial/massage…***** stars.

Excellent salon! Best in dubai for acrylics and I have been to many places over the last year I’ve been here! Kaushi is amazing! My daughter’s and my nails are beautiful - threading and waxing recommended also. Second time and we’ll be back! Thank you!

My daughter did her threading for the first time and was scared and crying but ur staff made her feel comfortable and consoled her so well that she went ahead with it and agreed to be back again.
