Piera is an absolute master of brows. She is so incredibly precise, taking them to ensure both brows are symmetrical, to making sure your brow arch hits the right spot, to trimming the brows. Gone are the days of aimless plucking/threading/waxing, she’s an absolute master sculptor! Honestly the best brows I’ve ever had- she’s amazing. Cherry on the cake- she’s a lovely person and the spa in itself is HEAVEN

Exceptional service! I had my brows threaded by Piera, who took time to listen to what I wanted and worked meticulously to ensure it was as comfortable as possible, working to ensure my skin wasn’t pulled, and also had me sit up halfway through to ensure accuracy and precision. She was meticulous in her care and attention. Really blown away. Superb.

Such an amazing experience. Staff are so nice and accommodating. Had a massage from Jeanette - slept so peacefully that night. I felt so relaxed and refreshed.
