Awesome as usual, Vicki always lifts my spirits and makes me laugh. I was so sad coming in, as it is nearly my mums birthday, who died two years ago, but I left with a smile on my face, beautiful lashes and eyebrows!

As usual Lilly’s was spotlessly clean. Soft relaxing music and Charlotte did a fantastic job dying and waxing my eyebrows. She also remembered that I have the top of my eyebrows threaded. It was totally painless and Charlotte made time for the eyebrow dye to work its magic, as I love my eyebrows as dark as possible. Now booked in for eyebrows and other treatments right up to May.
