My eyebrow technician was Michelle. She made me feel so comfortable throughout the procedure and did an excellent job on my eyebrows. To be honest I didn't even feel much pain at all. Thankyou Michelle.😊

Today I had threading with one of Durga’s new staff members. She was very thorough and it wasn’t as painful as I’d experienced at other places that do it. I think because she is highly experienced at this treatment. It’s nice to know that if Durga is not there, that her staff are great too.

I’m so happy with the way Samira shaped my eyebrows! My brows are thick, curly, and tricky to manage, but she took the time to explain how we can improve the shape over time. I’ve tried several places before with no luck, but Samira is hands down the best eyebrow expert in the area.

I love getting glammed and cleaned up here! I get so stressed when touching my eyebrows but Laura was so caring and careful to soothe my worries, show me the process, and incorporating both our ideas to create a beautiful result. I’m so happy with the results and will definitely be coming back!

They did a fantastic job with my eyelashes! So comfortable I snoozed off haha I also did eyebrow shaping, usually I get sensitivity when waxing but not this time. very clean and calming spa.

Pros: Lovely, kind staff. Relaxing, calm & aesthetic atmosphere. Great eyebrow lamination. Cons: Took about 15-20mins to start the appointment, which lasted 2hrs (a little longer than usual). Lash lift could have been better/higher (despite me asking 2 different staff members to have it extremely high).

Samira (owner) is the most beautiful person you will ever meet. So sweet, and accommodating. She offers a wide range of services, and I must say I have done many. I love my experiences with her. Furthermore, she goes above and beyond to make sure she does an excellent and thorough service. I suggest starting with your eyebrows. She maps them, then cleans and shapes according to your preference. I love Samira and I love her work.

II had my a full face and eyebrow wax and had my eyelash extension done this week at Mystic Spa. I usually like to wait a few days before I write a review because some extensions ive had before can get irritating and uncomfortable or begin to fall out. But they did such a great job! The girls made sure to discuss both what I wanted and what would look good. The lashes are the perfect length for me but also I cant even notice I have them on. The wax was thorough with no wasted pulls. And my eyebrows are nice and even now and I have a great line to follow which is exactly what I needed.

Knowing that your eyebrows look perfect is a clear indicator of how luxurious and sophisticated the Champagne Chic Lounge experience is.👌

Taliyah is amazing! She’s been doing my eyebrows for a while now and always gets the shape perfect. She has such an eye for detail and really knows what suits your face. On top of that, she’s given me some incredible skincare advice that has genuinely improved my skin — she even introduced me to light therapy, which has made such a difference. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for flawless brows and great skin care guidance! 💕

Walked into a place that was like a 10 star wellness retreat in South East Asia! Tea served upon arrival, and everything was beautiful, calming, welcoming and professional. Had the best sleep of my life as technician worked ever so gently on me. Then woke up to the lightest set I've ever had! Didn't believe I had eyelash extensions until I looked in the mirror to such volume! I got my eyebrows done, too and they're fantastic. Extremely happy with the service. Thank you, Mystic Spa!
