I went for my eyebrows only. Ended up having forehead (I didn’t realise this was a thing), lip and chin done. I said that I don’t think my lip and chin would be long enough ATM. I was assured it all was. I love my eyebrows… but the other bits I really feel was a waste of time and money because I can already feel regrowth/bits that were too short to thread/wax.

Maybe a pre preparation instruction should have been emailed 3 days prior to the procedure as well as an aftercare instruction to ensure the best outcome. This is better than verbal advise as is covers all bases. However, Kitty was friendly and ensured that the procedure went well and so far, not yet 24 hours, the brows are ok. I read you need to avoid water and sunlight and to keep them moistened (I was given ointment to apply 3 times a day by Kitty). Verbally, advice was given on what to expect etc. If written instruction was offered as a guide, I would have given the service a great.

The girls always do a great job of threading my eyebrows.

Really happy with my eyebrow lamination. She did a great job and took her time to make sure everything looked perfect. My brows look so good! Will definitely be back.

I had a good experience! Happy with how my eyebrows looked afterwards. Although I think $52 for a 10 minute service is a bit expensive.
