Leah has the most relaxing and welcoming mannerism, she makes the experience very personal and takes time to understand your desired outcome from the service. She did my first ever brow lamination. She was so excited it made me excited but I didn’t know what to expect because I’d never seen it done on someone and WOW brow laminations are a vibe. I actually hugged Leah because she made my eyebrows match my face and accentuate my eye area. I could have cried I was so shocked at how good it looks. She’s an Absolute gem. Thank you Leah.

After a previous not so great experience my treatment today was completely different. After listening to my complaints Mel did a beautiful job with my eyebrows and lashes.

Had a fantastic experience and as a first timer, I was so nervous. I had never had my eyebrows dyed before. While they seemed a little too dark at the start, by the next day and a shower, they were great. She told me to trust the process and I should have. I will be going back! Thank you!
