I've been visiting regularly for massages with Hannah (usually the pamper package) and always come out feeling very relaxed & stress-free. Hannah is lovely to talk to & tailors the experience to cater for any specific needs/requests. Can't recommend her highly enough!

Amazing! So worth a visit, the staff at Balm were really helpful, and Emma is a great therapist too. She was super helpful when I had an awkward pain in the rib owing to my pregnancy and she helped me to get comfortable in a supported position with cushions so I could still enjoy a massage. I haven't been that level of relaxed in a long time, it was just what I need. Highly recommend.

Fabulous treatment, Indian Head, Neck, Shoulder and Back massage. Super muscle tension relief. Really relaxing and holistic along with targeting concerns with my neck and tension.
