Stephen was great! I felt really comfortable the whole time, and everything was explained clearly so I knew exactly what was happening and why. The treatment was effective and tailored to what I needed. I left feeling much looser and noticeably better overall. Would definitely recommend.

Finally meet someone that has alot of knowledge on the things that we dont get told about and that I also love to talk about. Lucy gave the best neck shoulder back massage for my problems around the base of my skull. Lucy was attentive gentle but firm and checked regularly I was ok. Highly recommend any one to go with muscular skeletal pain. Thank you x

Julia went above and beyond for me, we had an extensive phone call before hand about my various health issues, she was very welcoming and warming from the get go, even gave me a tissue with eucalyptus to breathe in for my cold which I then purchased two bottles of on the way out! Thoroughly recommend and will come again :)

Lauren has been fantastic, really glad I found TAP clinic when I started running postpartum! I've had some injuries along the way and Lauren has helped me with physio exercises & a plan for recovery, which has meant I was back running injury free - along with some sports massage for maintance - would reccomend to everyone.

Excellent - Lauren has helped relieve very tense muscles with massage and dry needling.

This was the first session I’ve had with Lauren where she has been able to focus on a specific injury. After a thorough assessment Lauren massaged and needled both shoulders with the result being my best nights sleep for weeks last night. I’m feeling much better today and pain free. Brilliant! 👏👏
