This place is a blessing to Bermondsey, you will not find a better place in south east and east London. The therapist who walked on my back and yoga stretched was incredibly good, she definitely knows her trade knew exactly the pressure points and has the experience to show for it.

Lilly was incredibly skilled, using a blend of gentle pressure, rhythmic stretching, and deep-tissue techniques to reach every muscle. I had booked the one hour deep tissue massage and it had been my first time at the sunrise Thai massage. They were welcoming and friendly. The massage was great and I want to thank Maria in particular for listening to what was right for me, and making sure the pressure points where perfect and checked in on where I needed more focus. As I write this post the massage earlier today, all the back pain that I had is gone and I feel like a new person. I will definitely be coming back here again soon. Thank you Maria!

Rita gave me a really great massage. She understood my body well and could tell exactly where I was holding stress. She worked with such care and helped ease out a lot of the pain. I felt properly looked after, like she knew what my body needed. I’ll definitely go back again.

Ash was great — I came for a BIAB manicure and pedicure, and somehow managed to convince my husband to have his first ever Russian manicure and pedicure too. He came in stressed, slightly suspicious, and only doing it to make me happy… but left looking like a polished gentleman. 😂 Honestly, men deserve nice hands and feet too — no stigma, just self-care! We both loved the service, the attention to detail was brilliant, and we’ll definitely be back

I had a very good experience getting my eyelash extensions. The staff are very polite, and I felt comfortable during the appointment. The lash technician helped me decide what style I want and gave me recommendations based on my eye shape and size. She was efficient and the results are amazing. I would definitely recommend.
