Always a relaxing experience & Sara explains everything so well. I had an issue with my neck, she told me all the names of the muscles & where they run to and how they might affect me. Sara then adapted my massage, to work carefully around my painful neck.

Sara is amazing. I have a lot of health conditions (Fibromyalgia mostly) and she listened and took it all into account. She talked me through everything to expect and created a calm, multi-sensory experience, while treating an ongoing neck issue I have. I can't wait for my next one!

Absolutely amazing. I felt very nervous on my first visit & Sara completely put me at ease. She listened fully about my issues & worked with me and my body. At first certain areas were really painful, practically untouchable, but now she can work with those areas. Sara has made me feel so relaxed and helped ease my pain.
