The hot stone massage was so soothing and relaxing! Beautiful spa, the room smelled lovely and there was nice ambient lighting and music. My massage therapist was very attentive and professional. Wish I had time to do another one!

Had a great experience at Akzara Spa! Easy online booking and fast replies on WhatsApp made everything seamless. The Romance Ritual package was excellent value—super relaxing with perfect massage pressure. Eliana and Fernanda were amazing! Loved the exfoliation scrub—left my skin so smooth. Only wish the AC was quieter in the room, but overall, highly recommend!

Me alegré muchísimo de haber conocido a Isabela en mi primer masaje en Medellín. Tenía las piernas y el cuerpo muy doloridos por el vuelo y por caminar durante mi estancia. Ojalá la hubiera visitado antes, pero cada vez que volvía estaba cerrada, ya que su horario es muy cerrado. Su masaje me relajó por completo y desapareció todo el dolor. Esa noche dormí de maravilla, como en toda la semana.

Probably one of the best massages I've ever had. Paola was my masseuse, and I came out feeling super relaxed and pain-free. Place was clean and comfortable. They used oil and hot stones. Would recommend this spot.

Durante mis vacaciones en Colombia, tuve la oportunidad de probar el Akzara Spa que se encuentra en el mismo edificio del apartamento que alquilé por Airbnb. Como no hablo español, la señorita que me ayudó con el registro fue muy amable y servicial. Me explicó todo sobre los masajes de manera muy clara y paciente. El masaje de 90 minutos fue absolutamente increíble - me desconecté completamente del mundo y de todo el estrés. Me hicieron pasar un día maravilloso y me sentí renovado por completo. Un excelente regalo de cumpleaños, la atención es maravillosa, el masaje totalmente satisfactorio, el turco muy agradable y el detalle final fenomenal.

Valió cada peso que pagué!!!! Este lugar no podría ser mejor!!!! Personal atractivo, conocedor y amable. Comienza con un masaje de clase mundial con aceites, la última tecnología, rocas volcánicas antiguas, luego un baño de vapor con aún más aceites, un jacuzzi fantástico con una gran cantidad de configuraciones y una comida de tres platos con alcohol, jugo, carne, fruta local y más. Lo único que mejoraría es que la chica que da el masaje puede estar en el jacuzzi conmigo y puedo darle algunas uvas. 😁 🙋‍♀️🍇 ¡Conseguí a la chica negra que quería! ¡¡¡Bien por mí!!!

Le Noir Spa has become a must-visit every time I’m in Medellín. I brought my husband here for his birthday, and from start to finish, we were treated like royalty. We enjoyed an intimate couples massage followed by private time in the jacuzzi with a beautiful view of the city. Along with dessert and champagne. The ambiance, the service, and every detail in between exceeded my expectations. If you’re visiting Medellín, this experience deserves a spot at the top of your itinerary.
