This was my first laser tattoo removal session and I felt so comfortable. All of my questions were answered before and the process and what to expect was also explained to me. The prices here are also so fair! It was a little painful (to be expected, duh!) and Raquel was empathetic and sweet and took a break when I needed. I feel even more prepared for my next session. Let me start with arriving at the building with very nice, easy parking. I was a little early. She greeted me very kindly and had me in right away. My visit was microblading removal and it was painless, but the cooling device made it so comfortable! She was very professional and extremely sweet.
