Popped into the new salon in Southampton today and had an amazing experience (as always!). I originally started my tattoo laser removal in Basingstoke, but now that there’s a new location closer to home, I’ve switched over. I’ve been so impressed with the service that I’ve also started laser hair removal. As someone with a darker skin tone, finding a place with the right experience and knowledge that trusted was super important. I was a bit nervous at first, but honestly, I’m so glad I went for it — the results have been incredible. Huge thanks to Hayley, Richard and the team 😁😁😁

The team at Rachael Katie (Southampton) are frankly, just lovely. Really welcoming, with exceptional customer care. Laura was great, she had the integrity to provided me with clear information and clarity about my different options (eyebrow treatments), the pros and the cons. Which I greatly appreciated. What I also appreciated and rated highly was that she did not try to upsell. If you are thinking about more permanent options for your eyebrows, I would highly recommend seeing Laura.

Laser Tattoo removal! I would be lying if I said it's painless,it is uncomfortable, but you have to go through that process to get the end result! The plus side, Hannah made me feel at ease,guides through what's going to happen,process was over very quickly! If you want that Tattoo gone, Highley recommend booking a consultation.

I visited the Hedge Clinic last week after recently moving closer, having previously attended the Basingstoke clinic. I had laser hair removal, tattoo removal, and Laser Genesis treatments. Both ladies were so welcoming and professional, and they took the time to clearly explain each treatment and talk me through the process, which was really reassuring. Gives a full explanation of the process and what to actually expect following your treatment whilst acknowledging your own expectations Will definitely be back for laser treatment on my tattoos, may even suck it up and not use numbing cream….. eek Definitely recommend 💯

I had full body hair removal with Shannen and was so impressed with how quick yet precise she is and how effective just one appointment was, that I have booked a course! Hanna was amazing, she explained everything clearly so I knew exactly what to expect. Also she was lovely to talk to, I could sit and chat with her for hours 😊 When I took my plaster off an hour later my family and I couldn’t believe that about 90% of the tattoo had completely disappeared. I can highly recommend this treatment!

I recently had nose filler and fat dissolve with Shannen and I’m so amazed at my results! I’ve always disliked my nose but the confidence she’s given me is insane. She is very professional and talked me through the whole process. I will be certainly be going back to Shannen for anything else I want done. Brilliant service. Had PDO threads. Krystian made me feel very relaxed about the procedure and explained everything very clearly. No pain and love the end results. Would highly recommend. He also gave me a free ice lolly in the extreme heat. Lol!!!
