Travelled from South Wales to do the Manchester Marathon this weekend and visited CryoLab twice before and after the race. Was so scared before it but Martine was absolutely amazing and so reassuring. To say the chamber helped with my niggles and muscle soreness was an understatement. I had the CO2 Fractional Laser treatment with Emma and from start to finish Emma explained every step and put me at ease. The aftercare advice was very thorough and she explained what I would expect post laser treatment with my skin. I wouldn't trust anyone else with this procedure and I love going to Cliniche for my skin treatments. They have done wonders for my menopausal acne and have made a huge difference to the appearance of my skin.

Vikki was extremely knowledgeable and offered excellent, tailored advice on products to add to my daily skincare routine. Although I felt nervous before my first visit, she immediately put me at ease and explained everything clearly and professionally. She recommended treatments that would genuinely benefit my skin, and together we agreed on a course of three facial laser treatments. I was delighted to be able to have the first treatment at my initial appointment.The whole experience was relaxed, and reassuring, and I never felt any pressure to purchase additional products or treatments.

From the moment you walk into the clinic you know your in good hands. The team are warm & welcoming, the best thing that strikes you is none of the staff wear make up or anything false. They ultimately let the beauty & quality of their skin speak volumes for the business. I had a full skin analysis & knowledgable consultation about my skin goals. I had C02 laser for the full face. Whilst is not the most enjoyable treatment it certainly has exceptional results. Emma checks in daily with a happy morning text sharing pictures of my face’s progress. Which was above & beyond kind of service.

This was my first time visiting Cliniche and I wasn’t disappointed. The staff are very welcoming and run through what the procedure entails, very informative. The salon is very clean and looks professional. The photo facial was actually quiet pleasant considering it’s a laser procedure and I wasn’t disappointed as I was surprised that I could instantly notice a difference with my skin, I’ve already booked my next session so I’d highly recommend.

I went to Nicola a few years ago for laser hair removal and it honestly changed my life. Best Laser I've ever had. Normally the result I would see from 3 sessions I seen after just one with Nicola. Makes me feel super comfortable and the space is super cosy. I travel 8 hours twice a year and wouldn't go a trip home without visiting The Garden Room!
