This was my 3rd appointment with Charlotte. Her hospitality and patience has consistently stood out for me throughout all the sessions. Charlotte is professional and at the same time makes the service time a pleasant experience. The results of my procedure (MSP removal) has been very positive. I am so pleased that I came to see Charlotte at Simply Scalp. I have had three appointments and I am very happy with the results achieved. Charlotte has concealed scars from hair transplants to give me the confidence to wear my hair shorter. She has done a careful job, taking into account exactly what I wanted. I feel the Smp she has done looks really natural and blends in nicely. Having this smp has given me confidence and makes me feel much better with my head shaved at grade 1 or even shorter. Charlotte is just brilliant at this and she really listens and explains things so well.
