My daughter had her ears pierced for her 6th birthday today and the whole experience was fab! She was a little nervous but was made to feel heard, safe and well looked after. Amazing experience will 1000% be back as soon as I possibly can. Very comfortable, lovely staff all so friendly and easy to talk to.
